摘要: 摘要:本研究基于March提出的探索性学习和挖掘性学习及其平衡理论,分析了开放式创新模式对企业获取资源方式的改变,提出了两类学习的协同及其它们对创新绩效的共同促进作用、不同创新阶段两类学习的动态,并进行了基于大样本问卷调查的实证研究。

Abstract: Based on March’s balance theory of explorative and exploitative learning, through a big-sample questionnaire investigation, the impact of open innovation on the paradigm for enterprises to obtainresource is analyzed. And then, the synergy between these two kinds of learning and their effect on innovation performance are discussed, and the dynamics of two kinds of learning are explored.
