摘要：     丰田与佳能公司是日本著名的企业。他们之所以能取得骄人的业绩，主要归结于其技术创新的魅力、颇具特色的企业管理理念、卓有成效的知识产权战略、以人为本的质量管理模式和独树一帜的选拔和用人制度，这些经验为我国企业开展技术和管理创新提供了重要启示。

Abstract: Toyota and Cannon Inc. arefamous enterprisesof Japan. Theyhavemade many progresses in technological innovation, management innovation, intelligent property right protection, and talented development. Chinese enterprises can gain many experiences of technological innovation and management innovation from them.
