运用计量经济学的协整分析和Granger因果检验模型，对企业和公共研发机构的研发投入与专利产出进行了计量实证分析，结果显示：企业和公共研发机构的研发投入与专利产出之间均存在长期稳定的动态均衡关系和显著的Granger因果关系，而且这两类创新主体在不同类型的专利产出效率上存在差异，即公共研发机构的发明专利产出效率高于企业，而企业的实用新型专利的产出效率高于公共研发机构。

The econometric relationship of R&D expenditure and patent output in both enterprises and public R&D institutions is analyzed by co-integration and Granger causal analysis of econometrics. The results indicate that the relationship between R&D expenditure and patent output in both enterprises and public R&D institutions has a stationary long-run equilibrium tendency. Furthermore，the output efficiency for different patents presented different by the two main innovation bodies. Public R&D institutions have an advantage on the invention patent output， while enterprises have an advantage on practical patent output.
