科学的评价科技人才不仅有助于人才的发现和任用，更有助于人才的成长进步。但如何评价一个科技人才？目前尚无科学统一的方案。本文以医学专业人才为例，结合影响因子法、加权平均法、多数据库法、布拉德福定律法、贡献法、同行专家评议法等评价方法，从医学科技人才科技论文、论文被引、科技成果、科技进步奖、图书专著、发明专利、承担科研课题、学术任职、新药研发等主要科研活动项目出发，提出了定量评价人才的公式、指标，并初步构建了科技人才科技影响力的综合评价模式。
