本文从外部环境、企业高层管理团队、企业技术资源和内部凝聚力等四个因素出发，研究影响技术战略和公司战略匹配的因素及其作用机理。研究表明，这四个因素对两种战略的匹配有不同程度的正面影响，企业可以通过管理上的创新，促成技术战略与公司战略的匹配，以提高创新绩效和经营绩效。            

Abstract: The the internal relationship between corporate environment, top management team, technological resources, internal cohesive force between technology strategy and corporate strategy is explored. The result suggests that these four factors indeed have different level of positive impact on the compatible between technology strategy and corporate strategy. In order to improve their innovation and business performance, enterprises should achieve the compatible between these strategies through managerial innovation.
