摘要:   文章分析了中集集团近年来实施自主创新从而赢得持续竞争优势的基本经验,并提炼出中集以全面成本领先和“三高”(高起点引进、高速度吸收、高水平超越)为特色的开放式自主创新模式及概念模型。作者认为,中集的自主创新模式对于很多中国传统制造企业具有重要借鉴意义。

Abstract: The CIMC, the largest container provider in the world, is chosen as a typical example of “Made in China”, and the reason why CIMC can win the strong competitiveness in recent years is explored. The conclusion is drawn from this case study, that is, in order to win sustainable competitionadvantages in the new economy, Chinese firms must try to transform from the paradigm of traditionalinnovation managementto the open and total innovation.
