The significance of establishing the evaluation index and the principle of designing the index for the amicable environment-typed society are stated. The basic frame of the evaluation index upon the amicable environment-typed society is proposed, and it can be divided into three levels that are goal, classified index, and specifie target, five categories, and 30 concrete indexes. The measuring method of the evaluation index upon the amicable environment-typed society is analyzed and studied.
