摘要

运用冲突分析模型，对科学数据共享系统知识产权专有性和科学数据共享性所引发冲突产生的必然性从理论上进行论证。模型分析结果表明，该冲突属于非完全对抗性冲突，只要在共享系统中引入中立的协调人，并赋予该协调人一定的权利，就会出现稳定解，从而实现科学数据的共享。 

Abstract

With conflict analysis models, the inevitability of conflict between the exclusivity of intellectual property rights and data sharing system in the scientific research is addressed. Analysis shows that the conflict can be categorized as a non-absolute opposability conflict. And if an impartial mediator entitled with some rights is introduced into the system, the model might get a stable solution and thus data sharing could be realized.
