摘要

在企业的运营中知识整合的重要性日趋明显，本文从实现途径的视角对知识整合的途径问题进行研究。在总结和分析现有研究的基础上，文章提出了企业微观层面的知识整合实现途径研究框架。该框架包括三种知识整合的实现途径：基于知识形态的整合、基于知识主体的整合、基于知识平台的整合。最后，结合海尔案例对各种实现途径进行了深入分析。关键词：知识整合；实现途径；知识形态；知识主体；知识平台

Abstract

The effects of knowledge integration have become more and more important. By focusing on this topic, a framework about the approaches of knowledge integration is proposed. The framework includes three types of implementation path for the integration, that is, knowledge forms, knowledge main bodies, and knowledge platforms. Combined with the case study of Haier Group, the approaches for the knowledge integration are analyzed deeply.
