当前，浙江省在科技中介服务的发展中尚存在着思想认识不到位、缺乏科学的管理体制和运行机制、相关政策法规体系不完善、服务质量和机构信誉不高、人员素质不高等诸多问题。因此，需要在对科技中介服务树立正确认识的基础上，按照服务主体多元化、组织结构网络化、投资主体多样化、服务内容多样化与品牌化、运行管理规范化、人才队伍专业化、科技中介服务产业化等“七化”的要求，积极构建科技中介服务体系。

At present, there are still incomplete thought and knowledge about the development of the scientific and technological intermediary services in Zhejiang province. It lacks scientific management system and operational mechanism. Moreover, the relevant policies, service quality, and organization prestige are imperfect. So, it is requested that on the basis of correct understanding, the scientific and technological intermediary service is built according to the diversified main body in service supply, cyberizing for organization structure, diversification in investment bodies, diversification in branding strategy in service, standardization in operational management, professionalism in the management personnel, and industrialism in the scientific and technological intermediary service.
