本文以我国部分地区的生物科技企业为调查对象，进行了大样本研究。在文献研究和统计分析的基础上，本文总结了企业知识管理系统架构。获得三个主要结论：知识管理是个系统过程，通过“获取－利用－传递－保护”四个环节循环推进；其二，知识管理存在于组织背景下，有关组织要素决定了知识管理的绩效；其三，企业绩效建立在知识基础上，知识管理能有效提升企业绩效。  

Using the biological industry in part of China as the investigation target, a large-sample reseach is conducted. A system framework of knowledge management is obtained by literature review and statistical study. Then three points are proposed. First, knowledge management is a system process, it includes knowledge acquiring, applying, transferring, and protecting. Second, knowledge management is existed under organizational condition, so organization design factors, such as strategy, structure etc., place the great emphasis on the performance of knowledge management. The knowledge management can effectively exalt the firm performance.
