技术要素参与收益分配是当前重大而新颖且具有前沿性的研究课题。但目前大部分研究仅处于理论探讨阶段，极少进行实证研究。而可操作的量化分配方案对于企业来说更具现实指导意义。于是笔者对技术要素参与收益分配的量化分配方案进行了研究，构建了技术要素参与收益分配的模型图，并提出了一种全新的分配思路——自助式分配组合方案， 对促进技术要素参与收益分配有着较大的现实指导意义。  

    factors is an important and also forward topic. But there are a few of research on this topic which is more important to the companies. Therefore a demonstration research on the quantitative apportionment is very important; an optimum scheme for income apportionment of technological factors is designed. Finally, to test the research result, typical technological company in Zhejiang Province is selected for the feasibility investigation of the scheme. It has brand-new instructional and practical significance for the improvement of the technical key elements participating in the distribution of profits.
