合作创新过程存在知识产权风险，其发生的可能性以及大小会受到各种因素的影响。本文从认识维和类别维两个维度构建了合作创新中知识产权风险影响因素体系，并运用该体系对企业间合作创新中技术秘密风险的影响因素进行了分析。该体系的构建对于全面、细致、深入地识别知识产权风险影响因素具有显著的效果，同时也为其他领域的影响因素分析提供了一种较为科学的研究思路和方法。  

    Abstract: Corporations are often faced with intellectual property risks in the process of cooperative innovation. Probability and degree of the risk are influenced by various factors. A planar structure influencing factor system of intellectual property risk has been constructed. The system also been used to analyze technical secret risk influencing factors in corporation cooperative innovation process.
