摘要: 内部创业的形成、发展、繁荣离不开企业文化的深刻影响。本文尝试构建内部创业与企业文化的耦合模型及内部创业型文化的斜坡模型,对内部创业型文化的运营机理作深入探讨,得出内部创业型文化是企业内部创业激情的持续性动力和精神性支持的基本结论。

Abstract: The effective corporate culture exerts a profound influence upon the intrapreneurship. Firstly an integration model of intrapreneurship and culture, and a slope model of culture’s influence upon intrapreneurship are proposed. Then it is concluded that entrepreneurial culture is the persistent drive power and spiritual guarantee for intrapreneurship.
