组织承诺对个体行为、绩效和福利的影响研究

摘要:   本文以三维度组织承诺模型为基础,采用489名IT企业员工的样本,研究了感情承诺、继续承诺和规范承诺及其之间的交互作用对于员工的行为、绩效以及个人福利的影响。结果表明,三个维度的组织承诺对部分的态度和行为变量有显著的影响,且三个维度之间的交互作用对离职意图、组织公民行为以及工作家庭冲突的影响也是显著的。

Abstract:     Based on a sample composed of 489 subjects from 6 enterprises in Beijing, the main effects and the moderating effects of the three components of organizational commitment on individual behavior, performance, and the personal welfare are examined. Results showed that the three components of orgallizational commitmeent have significant impact on some of manner and bellaviour variables and the interaction between these dimensions affect the intension to resign, organizational citizen behavior, and conflict of working family notably.
