改革开放以来，我国的技术引进总额不断提高，R&D投入也迅速增加。在现有文献的基础上，本文从总量和结构两个角度探讨技术引进对R&D投入的影响，得出如下结论：从总量上看，R&D投入促进了技术引进，技术引进却没有有效带动R&D投入的增加，但两者之间存在着长期稳定的关系；从结构上看，则要根据不同的分类标准具体分析，技术引进对R&D投入结构的影响存在不确定性。  

Since 1978, technologyimport aggregate amount and R&Dinput of China increase very fast. Based on current literatures, after discussing the effect of technologyimport on R&Dinput from the angle of the aggregate amount and structure, some conclusions are drawn. On the aggregate amount , R&Dinput benefits to the technology import increasing, while technology import doesn’t cause the R&D input increasing.
