本文给出了一个突破性创新战略管理的分析框架，系统地分析了突破性创新战略管理的关键主题与主要问题，进而建立了更加完整的突破性创新战略管理理论框架。这对于人们从战略层面上认识和处理突破性创新所面临的各种重要问题有一定指导作用，而且为突破性创新战略管理研究指明了方向。
