英、美等国家都曾依托科技创新，分别成功地发展成为全球领先的国际贸易强国。近年来科学技术迅猛发展，技术水平相对于国际分工和国际贸易的重要性日益增长。本文以R&D投入作为科技创新的替代变量，用面板数据的方法对中国与美国、德国、日本、英国、法国、加拿大这六个发达国家进行比较研究，结果表明中国科技创新对出口增长的促进作用明显比发达国家小。文章指出中国应进一步加大科技兴贸战略的实施力度，通过促进科技成果转化以及用高新技术改造传统产业，推动我国实现贸易大国向贸易强国的飞跃。    

The developed countries, such as UK and USA, have become the powerful countries in the world trade through the innovation. In recent years, technology has developed quickly and become the pioneer of the international trade, which has changed the pattern and specification of the international trade. By use of the panel data method, the effect of innovation on the exportin different countries, i.e. China, USA, UK, Germany, Canada, France, and Japan is comparatively studied. It is proved that Chinese effect is weaker than the developed countries. Also, the conclusion can be drawn that in order to make China a powerful country in the world trade, the trade stratagem should be promoted by the technology, for example, transformation of scientific and technological achievements into the industries and the traditional industries upgrade through hi-tech. . 15 Refs In Chinese
