公司创业是现有企业重塑活力的契机。面对机会采纳/替代两种常见的模式选择，决策者有何种表现？通过对277名企业家调研，协方差分析和分组回归分析结果表明，机会替代模式下的决策速度、认同度显著低于机会采纳，而正确度略高。进一步分析了机会识别与决策效标之间随着模式变化引起的调节作用。  

Corporate entrepreneurship is a good juncture to renew the vitality for existing firms. How do pclicy-nlakers make decisions under the conditions of Opportunity Substitution (OS) and/or Opportunity Adoption (OA)? The 277 enterprisers were investigated and the differences of Entrepreneurial Modes (EM) were analyzed by the ANCOVA and regression analysis. The results indicated that the decision-making speed and identity under the condition of OS is lower than that under the condition of OA, meanwhile the accuracy was slightly higher.
