摘要: 以调研案例为基础,分析得出员工知识背景差异与组织内知识转移之间的内在矛盾。引入连接强度与信任两个变量,在分析连接强度、信任与知识背景差异三者关系的基础上,构建了基于员工知识背景差异的知识转移模型,同时提出基于员工知识背景差异的组织内知识转移的管理方法。

关键词: 知识背景差异, 连接强度, 信任, 有效知识转移

Abstract: Based on a case study, a conclusion that the knowledge background difference among the enterprise's staffs contradicts the knowledge transfer within the same organization is reached. By introducing two variables, that is, the link strength and the trust, the relationships analysis among the link strength, the trust, and the difference in knowledge background is used as a foundation; a knowledge transfer model based on that difference is constructed. Further some management approaches to the knowledge transfer within the organization due to the difference are advanced.
