目前技术跨越研究领域正面临着概念危机:各类研究中的技术跨越定义的模糊不清和互不相同影响了该领域研究的深入进行。本文在对现有文献的回顾基础上,借助分析哲学中的"概念置换"方法,利用技术管理中的经典分析工具"技术S曲线",提出了一个严格的、可计量的技术跨越的定义。基于这个定义,一系列的后续问题的研究,如技术跨越的条件、技术跨越的规划、技术跨越的评价等,都变得简易可行了。

Based on the review of various understandings of the leapfrogging, a rigid and measurable definition of technology leapfrogging is presented by using the method of concept replacement in the field of the analytical philosophy and the classical analytic tool in the technology management theory, that is, technology S curve. This definition makes measuring the scale of technology leapfrogging possible. Based on the definiton, a series of problems, such as precondition for technology leapfrogging, planning of technology leapfrogging, evaluating technology leapfrogging, could be all studied easily.
