摘要

本文从知识转移角度探索企业ERP实施,构建了影响ERP实施成效的两阶段知识转移概念模型,并据此分析了影响ERP实施成效的关键知识转移要素,通过逻辑推导提出了6个相关假设。最后,利用基于偏最小二乘法的结构方程技术对假设进行了验证,基于实证结果对企业ERP实施提出了相关建议。

Abstract

A model of two phased knowledge transfer processes in ERP Implementation from the respective of knowledge transfer is put forward. Based on the model, some critical influencing factors are founded and six propositions are created. Then the empirical research is made with the use of structural equation models on PLS. Based on the conclusion of the empirical research, some advices are put forward.
