With many important breakthroughs in the biotechnology field, biotechnology becomes the competition focus of the world science and economy. In US, biotechnology enterprises make rapid progresses with the development of effective patent strategy. Their patent strategy and implementation are mainly studied, and then the enlightenment from those studies for biotechnology enterprises in China is explored.
