摘要： 随着生物技术领域发展中的一系列重大突破,生物技术已经成为各国科技和经济竞争的焦点。美国生物技术企业通过有效地实施专利战略,取得了快速地发展,占据全球领导地位。本文对其实施专利战略的情况作了实证研究,并在此基础上提出了值得我国企业借鉴的若干措施。

Abstract: With many important breakthroughs in the biotechnology field, biotechnology becomes the competition focus of the world science and economy. In US, biotechnology enterprises make rapid progresses with the development of effective patent strategy. Their patent strategy and implementation are mainly studied, and then the enlightenment from those studies for biotechnology enterprises in China is explored.
