七年多来,公益类科研机构的改革已经取得了重要的进展和成效。在对我国公益类科研机构的现状深入了解的基础上,本文分析了改革过程中所面临的主要问题;然后重点探讨公益类科研机构体制改革的两种主要模式:企业化转制和向非营利科研机构转制。

Since the last seven years, the reform of scientific research institutions for public welfare has made important progresses.On the basis of deeply investigating and analyzing the present situation of scientific research institutions for public welfare in China,the major problems of these institutions have been pointed out.Then two major development patterns of these institutions are expounded: operating a scientific research institution as an enterprise or as a non-profit orginazation.
