全球化使以企业集群为发展模式的地方经济逐渐纳入全球框架,企业集群需要注重外部联系不断地提升竞争力。本文从全球价值链理论和集群理论的研究视角,基于技术能力和市场拓展能力分析了企业集群的升级,提出了以技术能力和市场拓展能力为维度的企业集群的升级路径,最后实证剖析了晋江鞋企业集群的升级路径。

Globalization is gradually made the local economy with the model of enterprise cluster to embed in the framework of the globe. Enterprise cluster need strengthening the outside link in order to enhance its competence. The upgrading of enterprise cluster is analyzed based on technology capability and marketability with the scope of the theory of global value chain and cluster. The upgrading route of enterprise cluster with the dimension of technology capability and marketability is put forward. Finally, the upgrading route with the case study of Jinjiang shoemaking enterprise cluster is dissected.
