摘要： 本文分析了江苏省科技进步统计监测体系修订工作的背景和原则,从指标体系框架、指标选用、衡量标准、计算方法和权重确定等五个方面阐述工作思路和修订内容。之后,本文对指标体系修订后的监测结果进行了比较性地描述统计分析。最后,本文讨论了几个对于读者更好地理解本次指标体系修订至关重要的问题。

Abstract: The background and principles of the amendment on the statistical monitor system for science and technology progress of Jiangsu province are expounded.Then a primary scheme is advanced and suggestions are made on the frame, choice, standard , calculating method, and weight of index system. Furthermore, a descriptive statistical analysis is made by comparing the results of the old and new index system. Finally, several problems necessary for comprehending the amendment of the index system better are discussed.
