核心能力理论的拓展:企业家能力与竞争绩效的关系研究

摘要: 核心能力理论虽然在一定程度上解释了企业竞争优势的形成,但它难以对企业竞争力的动态变迁等问题给出满意的答案,所以有必要对该理论进行拓展。本文将企业家能力纳入企业竞争力的理论框架,并基于283份有效问卷就企业家能力与企业核心能力、竞争优势、企业绩效之间的逻辑关系进行了检验,结果表明:核心能力直接地贡献于企业的竞争优势,而企业家的经营能力不仅对企业竞争优势起到直接的促进作用,它还是核心能力的源泉。

Abstract: Although core competence theory has explained the formation of the competitive advantage effectively, it fails to give a satisfactory answer for the competitiveness transition. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the theory further. The entrepreneurial competence is considered as a core factor of the competitiveness model, and the relationship among the entrepreneurial competence, core competence, competitive advantage and performance is examined based on 283 valid questionnaires. The results disclose that even then core competence contributes to competitive advantage directly; on the other hand, the entrepreneurial operational competence not only promotes the competitive advantage directly, but also becomes the source of core competence.
