产业共性技术创新已经成为促进一个国家和地区产业和经济发展的关键要素,然而产业共性技术创新的复杂性却对制定有效的相关政策造成了障碍。本文在对产业共性技术创新复杂特征研究的基础上,研究了其复杂性机理,并对其复杂性机理进行了初步的定量化描述和定性分析,据此提出了推进产业共性技术创新进程的相关建议。

It is well known that the industrial generic technology innovation has become the key factor to advance the development of industry and economy in a nation or an area. However the complexity of industrial generic technology innovation is an obstacle to set down effective innovation policy. The complex character of industrial generic technology innovation is discussed and its complexity mechanism is researched. Based on the primary quantitative description and qualitative analysis of the complexity mechanism, some advices for advancing industrial generic technology innovation are proposed.
