产业链管理已经成为促进蔬菜行业发展的重要手段。在构建蔬菜产业链组织效率假设模型时,本文选取南京市蔬菜产业链作为实证研究对象,针对假设模型设计出一套调查方案与调查问卷,对南京市蔬菜产业链中的批发市场、加工企业与生产基地展开全面调查获取了79个样本数据。并运用主成分分析法与信度分析法对调查数据进行了有效性检验,进而建立结构方程模型(SEM)验证假设模型中各个影响因素之间相互关系的正确性,并进一步检验先前的假设模型,为加强蔬菜产业链的组织合作提供量化的证据。

The management of industrial chain has become an important means of promoting the development of vegetable industry. First, the organizational efficiency assumptions model of vegetables industry is constructed, and a questionnaire and survey program is designed, and a comprehensive survey obtained 79 samples inside wholesale vegetable market in Nanjing is carried out. Then, by means of principal component analysis and reliability analysis of the survey data for the effectiveness test, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is established to test the validity of the mutual relationships between the various factors, and ultimately the quantitative evidence for strengthening the organizations of vegetable industrial chain is provided.
