我国产业发展近些年出现了与国际上相似的"集群化"趋势,集群中的很多企业依托产业集群的网络平台,纷纷嵌入了全球价值链,并取得了成功,但也暴露出一些值得注意的问题。本文针对产业集群竞争优势核心来源的"四大区域网络"及其重构问题进行了初步探讨。主要内容有:1、以"产业链"嵌入与延伸为切入点、以产业结构优化与产业升级为目标,以产业整合为手段的区域产业网络重构;2、以改善产业集群发展中相对"固化"甚至"锁定"的制度创新模式和构建有利于集群关键共用技术开发利用的技术创新模式为主要内容的区域创新网络重构;3、以启动集群内企业信息化工程、发展"网上超市"和电子商务为主要内容的区域虚拟网络重构;4、为发挥产业集群优势,对基于解决产业集群中小企业融资难为目的的区域融资网络重构。

There is a growing trend of industry development toward cluster during recent years in China. Many enterprises have succeeded in being in the global valuation chain based on the industry cluster and got good performance. But there are still some problems should be paid attentions to. The "four district network" that is the core origin of industry group’s competitive advantage and its restructure are tried to explore. The restructure of industry cluster comes from four aspects. Based on "industry chain", the restructure of district industry network aims to optimize and upgrade industry structure. The restructure of district innovation network concentrates on the improvement of some relatively outmoded rules; and new technical innovation mode is benifit to all enterprises in the cluster. The restructure of the district dummy network develops supermarket-on-net and does other electronic usinesses using information technology. The restructure of the district financing network helps medium and small size busintss finance by their cluster advantage.
