摘要

本文以江苏省具有省级或国家级技术中心125家公司为研究对象,考察技术创新投资与其资本结构、规模之间的关系。实证结果表明,企业的技术创新投资与资本结构呈现负相关关系,而与其规模呈正相关关系,在一定程度上支持熊彼特假说。

Abstract

Using the data from 125 firms which have country or province level technological innovation centers in Jiangsu province, the empirical relationship between investment in technological innovation and firm size along with capital structure is explored. The results indicate that capital structure and investment in technological innovation have negative correlation relationship, and the firm size makes positive and significant contribution to the investment in technological innovation. The results give the support to the Schumpeterian hypothesis at certain degree.
