本文首先构建了中国港口上市公司综合效率评价指标体系,从而解决现有文献缺乏对港口公司综合效率评价指标体系的研究,保证了最大限度地反映原始信息和后期评价的准确性和科学性。其次,在此构建指标体系之上,建立了基于神经网络的港口上市公司综合效率评价模型,精确地评价了中国港口上市公司综合效率。本研究同时采用国内13家港口上市公司数据进行了实证研究,并计算得出各港口公司的综合效率评价结果与相对排序。最后,本研究为我国港口上市公司综合效率的提高提出了有针对性的政策建议。

A more scientific overall efficiency appraisal index system of port-typed listed companies is established, and a lack of appraisal index research in existing literatures is made up. Then, the overall efficiency appraisal model of port-typed listed companies has established based on neutral network approach. The model’s practicability is validated by adopting 13 Chinese port-typed listed companies in the stock market. Finally, suggestions for improving the overall efficiency of Chinese port-typed listed companies are proposed.
