本文采用DEA方法中的C2R模型对我国制药业技术创新效率作纵向分析研究。研究结果表明:资源利用率低,专利产出不足以及企业规模偏小是导致我国制药业DEA无效的主要原因。文章结合我国实际情况,对其作了详细的解释,并给出相应的对策建议。

A vertical evaluation to the technological innovation efficiency in Chinese pharmaceutical industry is made by using C2R model of DEA method.The result shows that the ineffective usage of resource,the lack of patent output,and the small scale of enterprises causes Chinese pharmaceutical industry ineffective.According to the specific situation of China,the detailed explanation to the result is presented,and some suggestions are set forward.
