本文运用回归分析、协整理论和Granger因果检验的方法对FDI与武汉市的经济增长、产业结构优化和全要素生产率做了实证研究,发现FDI对于武汉市的经济增长并未起到重要的推动作用,FDI对于武汉市的产业结构调整也没有起到重要的推动作用,外资对于武汉市的较低的全要素生产率之间具有因果关系,整体上来看外资的技术溢出效应较低,外资产业流向和劳动力素质等原因是其技术溢出效应偏低和要素生产率不高的原因所在,最后,本文给出了武汉市外资发展的几点对策建议。

The methods of regression and co-integration and Granger causality test are adopted to do empirical research on relationship between FDI and economy growth,FDI and industry structure optimizing,FDI and Total Factor Productivity(TFP).It is found that FDI promotes neither economy growth,nor industry structure optimizing in Wuhan city.FDI and TFP have a causality relationship.As a whole,technology spillover effect of FDI is very low because that industry absorbed FDI is not reasonable and quality of labor is not high.At last,countermeasures of FDI development of Wuhan city are put forward.
