技术引进在很多企业中成效不大的原因之一,是没有把技术引进作为一个复杂系统并进行分析研究。为了实现技术引进的复杂系统进入良性循环,本文借鉴IDEF方法,从层次理论角度来分解技术引进的复杂系统,并着重对国内外研究较少的消化吸收进行了分析,阐明这一方法的应用过程。

Technological introduction has not affected on more enterprises,one of reasons is that technological introduction can't be looked as complicate system to do analytical investigation.In order to put Complicated System for Technological Introduction(CSTI) in beneficial cycle,IDEF method based on hierarchy theory to CSTI is applyed.The technological absorption,which less works has been done by researchers at home and abroad,is emphasized and this process is demonstrated.
