摘要

在对现有企业危机管理理论简要介绍和评述的基础上,本文根据企业和危机的生命周期理论,认为每一个发展阶段的企业在危机的不同阶段都有它比较脆弱的地方,有针对性地提出企业的特殊使命和需要重视的问题。

Abstract

The existing literatures in crisis managemet are discribed and reviewed.Based on life-cycle theory,it points out the enterprises in every developing step have their rulnerable spot during the diffirent stages of crisis.The special missions and the problems which need the attention of enterprises are put forward.
