摘要

本文介绍了创业研究中现有的两类创业成长模型———要素均衡模型和要素导向模型,分析了这两类模型的不同特点及其适用性,并提出了一个创建创业成长模型的基本思路。

Abstract

Two kinds of new venture growth models in the entrepreneurship researches are presented.They are factor-balanced model and factor-conductive model.The characteristics and applicability of these two kinds of models are explained,and basic ideas of the establishing new venture growth model are given.
