摘要

本文运用经济学的方法分析了侵权赔偿数额对专利潜在侵权人及专利权所有人行为的影响,为合理确定侵权损害赔偿金额提供借鉴。

Abstract

How the tort compensation influences the behavior of patentee and tort person is analyzed.The results are useful to the regulation in the proper compensation.
