企业技术存量激活的核心在于激活以科技人员为载体的知识存量,使其技术知识资源通过创新活动转化为外在技术竞争优势。本文首先指出现有知识激活研究存在的不足,在此基础上,借用动态能力思想和知识管理理论,探究激活机理,提出基于知识应用与知识重构的科技人员知识存量动态激活模型。最后,以浙江医药集团新昌制药厂为例,佐证本文理论构想。

The stock of enterprise technologies can be reactivated at the core of reactivating the technicians' knowledge stock.The existing weakness of the current studies on knowledge reactivation is pointed out;it takes advantage of the theories in dynamic capabilities and in knowledge management.Based on dynamic capabilities,a model for the dynamic reactivation of knowledge stock of technicians is proposed.As a practical case study,an example of the reactivation mechanism for the technicians in xinchang pharmaceutical factory is given.
