科技合作是“泛珠三角”区域合作的重要领域,而科技合作的开展是以科学合理的科技资源配置为基础的。科技资源的状况、科技资源效能的发挥程度不仅是“泛珠三角”区域科学技术水平的重要标志,而且是衡量其综合实力、发展后劲的重要尺度。本文分析了“泛珠三角”区域科技资源配置的现状,指出其存在的问题,并提出了优化配置本区域科技资源的建议和对策。

Co-operation is an important area in science and technology, the scientific and reasonable configuration of resource is the foundation of cooperation in science and technology.Utilizing statistical data and materials from the perspectives of human resource,financial resource and technological resource,current status of scientific and technological resource configuration in pan-pearl river delta is analyzed,and the countermeasures are proposed accordingly.
