摘要

本文首先概括总结瑞典药品平行进口的特性,从药品价格、制造商定价、药品研发和人均医药消费支出四个角度考察瑞典药品平行进口对瑞典药品市场的影响,最后分析开放平行进口对我国药品市场可能的影响。

Abstract

The characteristics of pharmaceutical parallel imports in Sweden are summarized.Then the impacts of parallel imports on the pharmaceutical market in Sweden from the viewpoint of pharmaceutical price,manufactures' pricefixing,pharmaceutical R&D and per capita medical consumption are investigated.Finally,the possible influences of parallel imports on Chinese pharmaceutical market are analyzed.
