本文对超现代管理的起源、范式与方法论特点进行了全面的评析。本文认为,对西方超现代管理应作具体分析,它们是以不同方式探究或表现当代西方的企业组织与管理特征,并揭示了西方现代管理学、管理的现代模式发展的内在矛盾与种种消极后果,这对我们是有认识价值与借鉴意义的。

The origin,paradigm and methodological characteristics of the hyper-modern management are analysed.It thinks that western hyper-modern management has tries in different ways to explore or describe characteristics of enterprise organization and management in western countries today.The modernity of western management,the interior contradictions and negative results of development models of management modernization in western hyper-modern management has been revealed,the results are worth to study and reference.
