随着信息技术的发展,大部分知识转移和交流都是通过网络进行。而知识转移过程中常伴随着知识产权风险,因此,通过网络所进行的知识转移必然也面临着一定的知识产权风险。不同的网络沟通方式所产生的风险也不尽相同。本文依据媒介丰度理论对网络环境下的沟通方式进行了分类,并针对不同的沟通方式分析了其在知识转移过程中所产生的知识产权风险及产生原因。

With the development of information technology, most knowledge transferring and communication are dealt with internet. But intellectual property risk exists in knowledge transferring, so knowledge transferring through internet will confront some intellectual property risk. Intellectual property risk is different when different mode is adopted in the process of knowledge transferring. On the basis of theory of richness internet communication are classified, then intellectual property risk and its reasons are analyzed under different modes in the process of knowledge transferring.
