新现实环境的巨变已经使得企业管理的传统假设成为理论发展和实践的绊脚石。本文通过分析企业管理科学的生态属性,结合企业及企业管理科学应承担的社会责任,提出企业管理科学发展的生态化趋势和适应新环境的理论假设,并重点对企业管理科学生态化研究的趋势、思想特征及研究现状进行了简要评述。

Traditional suppositions of enterprise management have become the barrier of its theory development and practice because of giant change of new reality environment. Ecologic traits and society responsibilities of enterprise management science are analyzed. Hence the ecological trends and theory suppositions to adapt new environment about enterprise management development are raised. Finally, trends, thinking traits and research current situation of ecological research of enterprise management science are expounded.
