官产学三重螺旋关系方面的研究在国际上已相当深入开展并日趋丰富完善,然在中国却才处于刚生起步阶段,更不肖说定量细化的规范性研究了。这里,文章引荐了这方面的一个定量的规范性研究并进行了相应国别区域比较分析,它是基于SCI2000的数据挖掘后进行三重螺旋算法的。另外,给出了基于三重螺旋框架下的中国论文情况及其问题分析并得出了相应一定的价值性结论与建设性展望。

A series of researches about the triple helix of university-industry-government partnerships have been carried through in the world extensively and deeply. But they are scarce in China. This paper gives a quantitative analysis and comparative research which based on data mining for SCI2000 and Triple Helix Algorithm. Furthermore, it offers some correspondingly contributive conclusions and constructive prospects from the data of Chinese papers under the framework of TH.
