信息化是现代企业的发展方向,而风险管理则是信息化过程中的一个重要环节。本文主要以问卷的方式,通过对湖北省企业信息化进行全面的调查研究,分析了企业信息化的基本现状,以及在信息化实施过程中企业对风险管理相关方法和理论体系的综合使用情况,从而得出企业信息化及风险管理的基本结论,并对企业信息化发展和风险管理提出合理化建议。

Informatization is the development direction of modern enterprise, and risk management is the key process during the informatization. Based on the investigation of the enterprises in Hubei province, this paper analyses the current status of informatization of enterprise, and the effect of risk management, especially the application of risk management tools and methods, therefore, summarizes conclusions in the process of informatization and risk management,and gives some reasonable advices for enterprises informatization and project risk management.
