价值链配置是涉及企业、区域乃至国家各层次利益的经济问题。本文主要运用分工理论、交易成本理论、资源禀赋理论和区位经济理论,从价值链中各企业的生产方式、交易形式、地域分工和区位选择以及动态调整等角度,对价值链配置的机理进行分析,揭示价值链运行的经济规律,从价值链配置角度归纳出产业集群发展的政策意义。

Allocation of value chain deals with the distribution of economical benefits among different enterprises, geographic regions, as well as countries. With the help of traditional economics theories, this article analyses economically the mechanisms of value chain allocation from the point of view of value chain production methods, organizational styles, regional divisions and location selection, sets forth the rules of value chain allocation, and concludes that the industrial clusters conform the rational allocation of value chain.
