摘要
分析了影响企业核心竞争力的三类不同层次要素,即资源、产能与能力,并建立了三者的关系模型。指出直接影响企业长期竞争力的要素是制造know-how,其中:关键know-how影响最大,不宜外包;核心know-how次之,可以合作或合资外包;标准know-how影响不大,宜作简单外包。提出了制造know-how的封装性与制造过程交互性对企业长期绩效的影响模型,并进行了案例实证研究。
Abstract
Three factors, resource, capacity, competence, which effects on long performance of enterprises are analyzed, and a related model is built. On the outcome of above analysis, know-how is the deep and direct factor which affects on long performance of enterprises, and the priority is key know-how, core know-how and standard know-how in turn, and the first should be in house, the second should be collaboration, and the third should be arm-length purchasing. Finally, interaction and case studies are carried out.
