目前我国民营企业面临的重要问题是如何提高自身竞争优势。在这一问题上,现有的研究多取体制、产业等宏观和中观角度,面向企业微观层面的研究相对较少。本文基于企业资源理论,选取我国民营经济发达的浙江省的民营制造业企业为实证研究对象,从企业内部微观角度剖析了民营企业内部资源和能力体系的演化路径,从而能够为民营企业通过强化内部资源和能力来提升自身竞争优势提供战略上的借鉴和指导。

The imperative task faced nongovernmental enterprises is how to improve their competitive advantage. On this question, extant researches often focus on macro and middle perspectives such as institution system and industry, rarely on micro firm-level perspective. Based on the resource-based theory of the firm, this research examined evolutionary path of Zhejiang nongovernmental manufacturing enterprises' resource bundle. The paper concludes with suggestions for nongovernmental enterprises to improve their competitive advantage by strengthening their resources and capabilities.
