阐述了循环型工业发展能力的概念和特点;提出了循环型工业发展能力评价的指标体系。同时针对该指标体系的特点,建立了循环型工业发展能力混合指标层次模糊评价支持系统,据此支持系统确定了循环型工业发展能力的评价标准。并以江苏省为例,评价了其1998年到2003年循环型工业发展能力的动态变化,在此基础上提出了加强循环型工业发展能力建设的基本途径。

In this study, based on analyzing the characteristics and concept of circular industry, a reasonable index on the development ability of circular industry is proposed. In allusion to the index system, a hybrid index hierarchy fuzzy assessment support system and the corresponding assessing standards are developed. Based on the above results, a case study focusing on dynamic change about the development ability of circular industry is carried out in Jiangsu province from the 1998 until 2003. Finally, some basic measures for enhancing the development ability of circular industry are suggested.
